Model MGM32-15 automatic circuit recloser
1. General Introduction
Model MGM32-15 magnetic actuator vacuum auto-recloser utilizes the unique single-coil magnetic actuator circuit breaker and high-reliable MGK intelligent controller. The auto-recloser is designed mainly applying on the medium-voltage overhead distribution lines as well as substations, it is used to make & break the load current, overload current and short-circuit current, also auto-reclosing up to three times.

3. Structure & operation principle of circuit breaker
Model MGM32-15 vacuum magnetic actuator breaker mainly is composed of bushing, current transformer, magnetic actuator and tank. This type of circuit breaker is designed for small dimensions, and the tank is manufactured from 304-grade stainless steel. Also assembled with manual device for emergent tripping, the disconnecting switch and current transformer is selectable according to user? requests.
Model MGM32-15 vacuum magnetic actuator breaker is operated by the intelligent controller, which can be realized through local opening & closing or remote-control via communication interface. Other information of breaker can also be transmitted to control center via cable, optical fiber, GPRS/CDMA, GSM., etc.
Intelligent controller is installed near the circuit breaker and connected with breaker by cable. The controller power source is provided by main & stand-by power supply, the main power is AC/DC 220V got from potential transformer, the stand-by power provided by the accumulator batteries (installed inside the controller). The main power source charges for the stand-by power source during normal operation, or the power is provided by the stand-by power source when outage so as to continue the operation to the breaker or other operations for itself, the stand-by power source (fully loaded) can maintain the recloser device running for more than 24 hours.
The manual-tripping handle is assembled with the magnetic actuator for emergent tripping operation when fault happens with the control system or power supply.
MGK series Intelligent controller
1.General Introduction
MGK series intelligent controller is specially designed for magnetic actuator breaker for outdoor use. Incorporated with pole-mounted magnetic actuator breaker, it can realize the tripping & closing management, as well as the line protection and auto-reclosing functions. The controller is installed near the breaker and used as the electronic operation mechanism and intelligent protector of magnetic actuator breaker.
